This is Erratic Comfort, an art installation by Marcia Huyer at Green Point in Gros Morne National Park in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. This quilt covers a glacial erratic at Green Point.

I went to Gros Morne to see the beautiful geology. I did not expect to see geology combined with quilting from scraps!
