    Feed 2 c. sourdough starter. Let proof overnight. Stir together: Rest 20 minutes, then knead until smooth. Cover for 1 hour. Stretch and fold. Repeat 3X (in total). Cover for 2.5 hours. Place dough on lightly floured surface. Form dough into a flat rectangle. Fold over corners and sides towards the center of the rectangle.

    Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Line cookie sheet with parchment or leave ungreased. Mix peanut butter and sugar until creamy. Add milk and vanilla. Add remaining dry ingredients. Use mellon-baller to roll into 1.5 T balls. Criss-cross flatten with a fork. Bake 10-13 minutes at 350 deg F.
